Pre-treatment of peanut oil pressing line: It means to clean, crush, flake, cook, soften and more to ensure your raw material is well prepared for oil pressing.

Main Equipments: 

1. oil seeds: It’s one of main oil seeds from human. The oil content in peanut is about 45%.
2. Magnetic box: Clearing the iron impurity. The iron impurity will be harmful to the following machines, so we need take the iron impurities out.
3. Cleaning: This parts have different size cleaning sieves to clean the different impurities. After going through this part, most of the impurities are moved.
4. husking:this can help improve the oil yield,and reduce wear to the machine.
5. Crushing:Because of the big size of peanut, it need to be crushed to small pieces. The crusher will help to get more peanut oil from the seeds.
6. Flaking:  It is the process of making use of the mechanical action to flake into flakiness. After flaking, the materials is becoming thiner thank before, it is good for absorb moisture and heat in cooking process , and it is much easier for getting oil in the oil press process.
7. Cooker: This machine can adjust the water content. It’s also good for the press and oil extraction section.
8. Pressing:This machine is used to take parts of the oil in the peanut first, because the high oil content in the peanut. Then the crude oil will sent to peanut oil refinery workshop, and the cake will sent to peanut oil cake extraction workshop.
