How to work the maize corn germ oil press production line?

The whole maize corn germ oil press production line contains three workshops pretreatment workshop,extraction workshop and refining workshop,our machines can product various kinds of oil seeds, such as soybean,rice bran,copra,palm,corn germ,cottonseed,peanut,rapeseed,sunflower seed, sesame seed and so on.

1. Pretreatment workshop flow for corn germ oil press machine:
corn germ→ magnetic box → cleaning →flaking → oil press → oil filter → to extraction workshop
2. Extraction workshop flow for corn germ oil press machine:
 solvent                                                                    
      ↓                                                                                 
extractor → mixed oil → 1st and 2nd evaporation  → stripping tower → crude corn germ oil
Wet meal → DTDC toaster → cake
3. Refinery workshop flow for corn germ oil press machine:
Crude corn oil → degumming and deacidification→ decolorization →deodorization → refined corn oil.
