How to from fresh fruit bunches to crude palm oil

From fresh fruit bunches to crude palm oil, following is a brief introduction of crude
palm oil processing .

1.Palm bunch sterilization section:
Palm bunch sterilization station utilizes high temperature (145℃, 90-120min) to cook
palm bunches. Palm fruit can easily separate from palm bunches and become soft. Because of the increasing humidity of palm fruit, crude palm oil can be easily extracted from fruit. Palm kernel can much easy separate from kernel shell, preventing enzymatic decomposition, and avoid elevated levels of free fatty acids.

2.Threshing section:
The palm fruit proportion is about 60% of the FFB. The purpose of the threshing is to
separate the palm fruit from the FFB.we usually use rotating drum thresher to separate palm fruit from the palm bunches.

3.Crashing section:
The purpose of crushing is to destroy palm skin, separate the palm pulp and nuts, pound palm pulp and to damage the cell structure of palm pulp by heating at the same time, which avail the latter pressing section.The best condition of cooking is 90-100℃,about 20 minutes.

4.Pressing section:
In the processing of crude palm oil,we use screw oil press.After pressing,oil palm fruit is devided into two parts:the mixture of oil, water, solid impurities and press cake (fiber and nuclear)

5.Crude palm oil section:
By clarifying and filtering, we can separate impurities and get the palm oil .
