Refining is an essential process for a complete oil pressing line because there are still some impurities such as phospholipids, FFA, pigment, odor,etc. in the crude oil.
Cooking Oil Refining machine equipment:
1. Decoloring tank: bleach pigments from oil.
2. Deodorizing tank: remove the un-favored smell from decolorized oil.
3. Oil furnace: provide enough heat for the refining sections which need high temperature of 280℃.
4. Vacuum pump: provide high pressure for bleaching, deodorization which can reach 755mmHg or more.
5. Air compressor: dry the bleached clay after bleaching.
6. Filter press: filter the clay into the bleached oil.
7. Steam generator: generate steam distillation.


Five Main Steps of Cooking Oil Refining Process:

1. Crude Oil Degumming: In this step gums in crude oil are removed by hydration with the help of phosphoric acid.
2. Neutralization: In this step free fatty acids are neutralized by using sodium hydroxide and convert them into soap. Additional impurities are also removed by adsorption on soap.
3. Bleaching: During bleaching, unwanted pigments are adsorbed physically and oil will become much clearer.
4. Deodorization: Deodorization is used to remove unacceptable odors by steam distillation, the odoriferous compound are stripped off with the help of live injected steam into heated oil under high vacuum pressure.
5. Dewaxing (necessary for cold areas)
Some kinds of oil like sunflower, maize germ or corn oil have waxes inside, if these impurities are not removed, the oil will freeze easily under low temperature, thus effecting oil quality and appearance. so this process is necessary in extremely cold areas.

1) Hydrating & Degumming of soybean oil refining production line: The Crude Oil firstly is filtered by Filters for removing out mechanical impurities out from, and then has heat-exchange in Heat Exchanger with hot Refined Oil, next is heated by Heater to the appropriate temperature. After being mixed with hot water by Mixer , it is pumped into Hydrating Reactor in which most phospholipids will be hydrated into flocculent Lecithin Gum.
2) Neutralizing & Degumming of of soybean oil refining production line: Adding in appropriate Lye by Dosing Pump and mixing them by Mixer , the oil is pumped into Neutralizing Reactor in the hydratable phospholipids as well as acid are saponified into Soapstock Gum.
3) Washing of of soybean oil refining production line: There are residual soapstock still remains in degummed and neutralized oil. Adding Hot Water and mixing with oil by Mixer, the residual soapstock will be solved completely into washing water.

4) Bleaching of of soybean oil refining production line. The Degummed Oil firstly heat-exchange in Heat Exchanger with hot Refined Oil, next is heated by Heater up to 110℃. And then enters into Oil-Clay Mixer in which it is mixed with Bleaching Clay. next the mixture of oil-clay enters into Bleaching Tower in which the most pigment in oil will be adsorbed by Bleaching Clay.

5) Deacidifying & Deodorizing of of soybean oil refining production line: The Bleached Oil contains some odouring substance which mostly are free fatty acids. By means of Assorted De-acidifying & Deodorizing Tower, under high temperature and vacuum condition, these free fatty acids will be stripped out from oil. The odouring substances are caught in Fatty Acid Scrubber and collected in Fatty Acid Tank .

High quality soya bean oil solvent extraction machine

Soya bean seeds usually contain 16 to 18% oil. Instead of mechanical pressing, we get soybean oil by extracting it from solvent extraction plant.
At first, soya bean seed should be fully prepared. Soya bean seeds need cleaning, destoning, cracking, husk separating (if necessary), cooking, flaking, expanding and drying. Then the prepared expanded soya flakes are sent for solvent extraction. Solvent extraction is carried out in the normal fashion. We do offer preparation equipment for soya bean seeds.
