2. Working process of Cooking oil refinery making machine:

(1)Pump crude Cooking oil into refinery tank and heat with conduction oil, and the temperature will reach about 70°C-80°C after one hour. Add acid or alkali to separate according to the acid value. After one hour's processing and 4-6hours deposit, then convey soap stock to storage tank.

(2)Pump refined oil into decoloring/bleaching tank. When it is up to 90-110°C after one hour's heating, add clay into tank for 20min's processing. Then separate clay and oil with filter.

(3)Put decolorizing oil into deodorization tank with vacuum pump. Heat and process with steam for odor removal. After filtering, you will get final oil product.

3. Functions of Cooking oil refinery making machine main parts

(2) Decoloring/bleaching section: used to remove off pigments, bleaching oils and grease dehydrate.

Process flow sunflower seeds oil solvent extraction (leaching) plant:

The material (pressed sunflower seed cake from pretreatment) is sent to the extractor by the airtight packing auger. The material, sunflower cake will be sprayed for extraction (leaching) by the solvent (n-hexane) or mixed oil after they fall into the extractor. The wet dreg (after dripping), falling into the conveyor and be sent to the evapo-separated machine. After steaming, baking and desolventizing, the dreg will be sent to the dreg storehouse. Miscella after extraction enters into the first and second long tube evaporator for separating the steam and solvent, and then sunflower miscells flow into the stripping tower for desorption the remaining solvent of crude sunflower oil. The extracted crude sunflower oil from the last process will be sent into the crude sunflower oil tank for crude sunflower oil refining plant. The solvent vapors from the extractor, evapo-separated machine, evaporator, stripper tower will be recycled in the cooling system. The solvent after cooling will be collected in the fresh solvent tank for reusing in the sunflower oil solvent extraction process plant.
