1. Introduction of Sesame seeds pretreatment and prepress plant

As you know the oilseeds is mixed with dust, stone, leaf, so the oilseeds will need to be cleaned before go to the next section, and some of the oilseeds is too hard or big like Sesame, peanut/groundnut, palm seeds, palm kernel; so the oilseeds should be softened and crushed; Some oilseeds is with husk, like Sesame, peanut, palm and palm kernel, so the oilseeds should remove the husk for the better oil yield.

The oilseeds should be squeezed into cake, and cooked by the cooker, then go to the screw oil press machine to extract the crude groundnut oil.

The process of Sesame oil refining is to refine the crude edible oil, to remove gossypol, protein, phospholipid, grume, moisture and other impurities, in order to reach the purchase of food and storage.
According to different raw materials, the process of cooking oil refining includes mechanical refining method, chemical refining method and physical refining process refining process.

1. Crude Cooking oil degumming process,
2. Crude Vegetable oil deacidification/neutralization process

4. Crude cooking oil deodorization/distillation(deodorising unit) process
