1.Degumming tank is for remove solubility impurity in the crude oil.
2.Decolour tank is for bleaching grease.
3.Deodorizing tank is for desdorizing grease(stainless steel).
4.Conducting oil furnace provide thermal enery need for production, the temperature reach to 280degree.
5.Vacuum pump provides vacuum for bleaching, deodorization which can reach 755mmHg or more;
6.Air compreassor can dry the bleached clay
7.Filter press is for filter clay
8.Steam generator can generate steam distillation required.

Units devices of palm kernel oil refining machine :
(1). Refining pot: used to P-acid de-gumming, alkali refining de-acid and water rinsing.
(2).De-color pot: used to remove off pigments, bleaching oils and grease de-hydrate.
(3).De-odor pot: used to remove off oils odor, foreign smells (stainless made)
(4).Steam generator: produce the needing steam for de-odoring and distillation.
(5).Vacuum pump: supply needing vacuum for dehydrate, de-color, de-odor. Vacuum degree can reach above 755mmHg.
(6).Press filter: filter clay, filter out clear oil.
(7).Air compressor: blow dry bleached clay, blow empty the leftover oil in the press filter.
