1. Cleaning
Using the de-stoner, vibrate sieve and other cleaning equipment to clean the stone,dust and other impurity,in order to get the high quality cake and oil and reduce the wastage of the machine.
2.Softening
Using the softener to adjust the material’s temperature and moisture,making the temperature reach 70-75 centigrade,in order to get oil easily.
3. Flaking
Using the flaking mill to make the material into flake,increasing the surface area of exit oil.The thickness should be 0.3-0.35mm, it maybe broken easily if it is too thin.
4.Cooking
Evaporating the water, to control the moisture at 2%-5% or 3%-5%.
5.Pressing
Though the cooking oil pressing machine make the oil separate from the cake.
