Main Equipments:
1.Rice bran: It’s a kind of main oil seeds. It’s used to make rice bran oil around the world.The oil content in rice bran seed is about 16-22%.
2. Magnetic box: Clearing the iron impurity which might be in the rice bran. Since in the process of puffing, the iron impurity will be harmful to the screw of extrusion machine, affect the puffing effect.
3.Cleaning: This parts have different size cleaning sieves to clean the different impurities. After going through this part, most of the impurities are moved from rice bran.
4.Crusher: Because of the big size of rice bran, it need to be crushed to small pieces. The crusher will help to get more rice bran oil from the seeds.
5.Cooker: This machine can adjust the water content of the rice bran. It’s also good for the prepressing and oil extraction section.
6.Prepressing: This machine is used to take parts of the oil in the rice bran first, because the high oil content in the rice bran. Then the crude oil will sent to rice bran
refinery workshop, and the cake will sent to rice bran oil extraction workshop. 



After the rice bran pretreatment line, the cake will be sent to oil solvent extraction line and extracted oil by solvent. After get the crude oil, the rice bran oil can be sent
to refinery line to get higher quality oil.
