d.The mix crude oil from 2nd evaporator goes to stripping tower and almost all the solvent is separated. From the stripping tower, we can get crude oil and solvent. The solvent is sent to condenser and is recycled to rotary extraction.

The working principle of castor oil solvent extraction plant:
The material(for pretreatment) is sent to the extractor by the screw conveyor .The material will be sprayed for extraction by the solvent(n-hexane ) or mixed oil(miscella) after they fall into the extractor. The wet dreg(after dripping), falling into the conveyor and be sent to the evapo-separated machine. After steaming, baking and desolventizing, the dreg will be sent to the dreg storehouse.
